The meeting was brought to order at
7:35 p.m. by Council President Den Graeber. Management opened with
devotions.
At Council Retreat, a buddy system
was developed to keep all Council Members aware of what is going on if
they miss a meeting, etc. Karen Eichelberger reviewed goals and the
theme of the retreat (transformation), along with the first draft of the
Council Covenant for 2002. Discussion followed.

Discussion on electric poles in front of church that need to be removed. Kitchen committee used to be a part of Women of the
ELCA. They would like to be an off- shoot of Property
Committee.

Lent dramas are going well. Average attendance is
30. Regarding surveys for the third service, they are going to start

A Mutual Ministry
Support Task Force has been formed. Members are Larry Kruth, Fred Gehlhaar, Bob Kenworthy, Fred Roush and John Weigel.
A Good Samaritan Fund Team needs to be in place for 2002.
