Gathering

Mike called the meeting to order at 9:32.

Mike opened with a prayer

Preparing

A brief presentation was given by Barb Paulins. She was asked to review our current Church Insurance policy and coverages. She presented our existing coverage, alongside a quote that was prepared by the David Chapman Agency which included two additional underwriter proposals.  She pointed out that the policy that both she and management committee are recommending are from an underwriter that Immanuel has used in the past and is a company that has a focus on church coverage. They are proactive in risk management and offer these services at no charge to policy holders.

After the presentation questions were asked and addressed by Barb about the policy by council members.

MOTION by Dan Landry, SECONDED by John Van Hoesen

To switch insurance coverage as Presented to Guide One as provided by the David Chapman Agency

            UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
